3 great things about being a Competition Manager

1. Being involved with school sport and working within a whole range of different sports

2. Helping to transform school sport competition locally as part of a National Framework and linking in with colleagues across the country

3. Knowing that through my work you can change the life of a young person for the better, however great or small

3 not so great things about being a Competition Manager

1. You are sometimes stuck in doors doing paperwork when the weather is nice!

2. Having to chase people and schools is fairly time consuming

3. Not being able to have the day to day contact with the same young people and then being able to build a rapport with them
