Extreme Sports Instructor

Job Description
Extreme Sport Instructors plan, deliver and monitor activity programmes and work with people from diverse backgrounds. They lead coaching sessions in a variety of sports such as skateboarding, bmxing, in line skating, parkour, mountain biking and bungy jumping.

A day in a life of a Extreme Sports Instructor
There is plenty of variety in the things you do each day. Coaching and developing the skills and confidence of the participants is extremely rewarding. It’s all good fun and keeps you fit.

1. You get to try a great variety of sports
   
2. The change in seasons provides great diversity of sports e.g. snowboarding in the winter and water skiing in the summer
   
3. Being at the beach in the summer and meeting happy people
   
3 not so great things about being a Extreme Sports Instructor
   
1. Walking around bare foot can cause some accidents!
   
2. Dealing with smelly wetsuit boots
   
3. Rain is not very useful for many of the sports we do
