Job Description
Fitness professional – Personal Trainer – Group Fitness Instructor.
A Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer coaches groups or individuals in exercise activities and the fundamentals of sports e.g. weight training, cardiovascular programmes, aerobics. They demonstrate techniques and methods of participation, observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary to improve their skills and fitness goals.
A typical day in a life of a Fitness Professional
• One to One Personal Exercise Tuition and Coaching. • One to One Nutrition Consultations (from eating programs to supplement regimes for health and vitality, fat loss, muscle gain and health issues). • In Depth Health Assessments (including body composition analysis, blood pressure and heart rate, fitness tests, and full blood analysis for any issue people wish to investigate and deal with utilising our extensive knowledge). • Corporate Programs to enhance health within the workplace. • Motivational techniques to maximise positive attitude toward goals and indeed life. • If you prefer to teach classes you can become a group exercise teacher and teach groups fitness to different Music styles – one of the most popular is LES MILLS which you may have seen in health clubs around the UK “BODYPUMP” etc...

| 2. | Some people can take a lot of convincing to actually ‘do’ what they came to you to achieve |
| 3. | So many people have poor education from poor courses and so they fail to help their clients and become disillusioned with their clients and become disillusioned with the profession |

Level 2 Gym Instructor inclusive of ‘MOVE’ course (4 days)
Level 3 Personal Training includes PT on the NET access (8 days + 3 online modules)
10 min Gym Customer service – will enable you as a trainer to interact with your clients better and to help them achieve their goals through effective coaching methods which they don’t teach you in your PT or FI courses. (4 days)

Exercise to Music – become a group exercise instructor and teach LES MILLS programmes too, with over 1800 health clubs in the UK running these programmes you will be sure to get a job teaching classes, earning approx £20-40 per class. (6 days) Teaching exercise and fitness to children – Gain a Level 2 qualification to teach children fitness and receive training and support with updated lesson plans each year.
