Job Description
A Football Development Officer is responsible for developing opportunities for people to participate in football in accordance with the Football Association’s National Game Strategy.
A day in the life of a Football Development Manager
After meetings to develop a strategy for the next 4 years it is a case of implementing that on a daily basis.
We are currently developing Football and Futsal across the High Education sector via communication channels that engage students, university staff and coaches. The aim is to encourage more people to join in and get involved in football development initiatives.
| 1. | Being responsible for delivering good sporting events |
| 2. | Working with some excellent students and staff |
| 3. | Being part of the bigger sporting network in the Higher Education sector |
| 3 not so great things about being a Football Development Manager | |
| 1. | Having to compile numerous spreadsheets |
