Job Description
Outdoor Adventure Instructors introduce people to a number of activities and deliver taster sessions in such activities as orienteering, archery, fencing, climbing and quadbiking.
A day in a life of someone working in outdoor adventure activities
Every day is unique and often unpredictable. We always face and conquer new challenges which make it extremely enjoyable.

They should focus on gaining suitable experience in outdoor education. An education or sport related degree is useful. I can constantly make links with my education degree. |

Salary Range
Anyone who joins PGL as an Activity Instructor for the first time with no previous experience or qualifications is automatically enrolled on their nationally-recognised Apprenticeship programme and receive an allowance of £470 plus free meals and an accommodation package option.
People with National Governing Body Coaching Awards relevant to their job role are entitled to weekly bonus payments on top of their regular wage.
Returning PGL staff working in the UK receive at least the National Minimum Wage relevant to their age, plus qualification bonuses if applicable to their job role.
