A day in a life of a sports massage therapist
A lot of people don’t realise that there is a counselling aspect to being a Sports Massage Therapist. We’re dealing with sports people who have suffered injuries and I spend a lot of time listening and having empathy for clients.
I spend a lot of time running to appointments and multi tasking. As I run my own business there are administrative duties such as recruitment, organising staff and accountancy to be completed.
