A day in a life of someone working in Travel & Tourism
Travel & tourism is always changing, you find yourself constantly learning something new and having to be ready to adapt to daily changes.
At the start of my day, I usually catch up with emails that have come in, answering questions and queries that clients may have about their tour. I then spend time talking to clients about what they want to achieve from their tour and updating their tour itinerary to make their tour a success.
Working outside of the office can be a very rewarding experience - one day I can be assisting with our various sporting festivals & tournaments and another day I can be taking clients abroad on familiarisation trips to countries as far as Canada, Australia and the Caribbean.
